Rates
- $150 for a 50-minute session
- $175 for a 80-minute session
    (sliding scale option on a limited basis)

Insurance
I currently accept insurance from Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and United Healthcare, and can provide you with a superbill/receipt to submit to your insurance company if your insurance company is not one that I accept. As insurance companies differ in their policies, please verify your plan's mental health benefits for out-of-network mental health providers. Please note that some clients choose to pay privately as insurance providers require a mental health diagnosis for your records and may limit your number of sessions..

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment, or the full fee will be charged for sessions missed or rescheduled without prior notification or change approval.
